So, I decided to start training with Katie again and today was my first official workout. I thought I was going to die (okay, die may be a little over exaggerating, but I did feel like I was going to throw up). She said I did good, but I know I could do better. Here is what we did:

10, 20 lb dumbbell dead lift
10 push-ups
3 rounds in 9:38
