Yes, he's a little spoiled

I do admit, my dog is very spoiled, but he is too cute not to spoil. Today he decided to take advantage of clean sheets on the bed and sleep in.

Now, if only the sun would come out

So, according to the news this morning, we are having the wettest and coldest June since records began in 1891. Just my luck. I am getting tired of all the rain and my flowers are suffering as well. I can't wait until I can enjoy an afternoon reading in the sun. At least now, I can read on my new patio set that Terry put together for me over the weekend. I am excited about the patio furniture. Now, I just need sun.

Bringing Home Baby

Today we got to bring home our new camper. The lady at the dealership said we got the Cadillac of truck campers; that made me feel old. I swear I am too young to have a Cadillac.

Terry said the truck handled it good on the road. It definately looks bigger on the truck then it did on the ground on the lot.

It just barely fit behind the gate in the back. We can move the car trailer back if we need to later, but at least for now it fits.

The Addition to our Family

Okay, I know we said we were going to take our time finding the cab-over camper that is right for us, but that didn't happen. We just couldn't pass up the deal we found on this new 2006 9.5' Bigfoot. The truck is at the shop getting the tie downs installed and I can't wait to bring the camper home on Thursday.

And to celebrate our purchase we went out for a nice dinner of chicken wings and beer. Who could ask for more?

The diet starts up again tomorrow!

This is for my mom...

Since my mom is in Hawaii, these shots are for her. I took them over the weeekend when Terry and I were at my parents' house selling our trailer. My mom's garden was blooming and I don't want her to miss it!

We miss you!
